Fairly quiet and very fancy units with seaview, big balcony and a large terrace, and the staff were courteous. The service here was exceptional.

Well presented food, had wonderful stay.
I stayed here during the holiday and enjoyed it. This accommodation had a central setting down the mountain on streets with people sometimes driving like maniacs.

Marvellous and lovely location - within walking distance of everywhere we needed. A cool bonus was Kokoriko Bakery, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee.

The location is perfect and excellent as it's short walk to other restaurants in village including Galini, Fabrica and Café Greco for people watching, the old town square and beautiful Koutouloufari.

For the price we paid, we got great value! The room was comfortable and the hotel had lovely decor. The location was fantastic with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The staff were friendly and provided excellent customer service.
The breakfast could be improved with a wider variety of options.

The suite is brand-new and well-appointed. The service is very good, includes easy to access parking. Btw parking is possible close to the hotel.

The buffet in the main restaurant of the evening offers a variety of options, allowing you to choose from a wide range of dishes.Piscopiano, the village where the hotel is situated, creates an authentic Greek atmosphere, providing a unique experience for visitors.
The food at the restaurant could be improved to meet higher quality standards.

The pool area was heated and the location was marvellous, not far from sunny Crete and a sports bar. The staff has always been courteous, and the facilities were excellent. The café had WELL PRESENTED meals.
